Everyday is really Thanksgivng Day

The day after Thanksgiving I spoke to a CSR by phone concerning a problem I had. Once the problem was resolved, I asked her how her Thanksgiving was. She said it was nice for she had much to beThankful for. She had survived cancer. It was not that she survived that amazed me, it was that:

SHE STILL WORKED 3 JOBS
AND TOOK CARE OF HER 3 YOUNG BOYS.

ALL THe WHILE UNDERGOING CHEMO.
I asked her what kept her going.
She said:
"HER FAMILY AND HER FAITH IN GOD".
I can not even image what that must have been like for her.
I do know the LOVE keeps the flame burning inside.
I feel that PRAYER is the fuel.
I understand GRATITUDE for what we have is the ground the flame burns on.
It is FAITH that IGNITES THE FLAMES
for without it the fire dies.
Maybe that is why when you focus on your breathing
you can relax and get through the problem.
Could this be the key to open the door of
letting go and letting God?
So as your day starts with all the things that
are still there from the day before.
Stop and reflect that
This is a New Day with ENDLESS Possibilities.
Take that moment of silence to say a prayer of gratitude.
Everyday is really THANKSGIVING DAY,
because when you look, see or read what others are going through
as the saying goes "If you through your problems in basket
with everyone elses' problems.
You would reach in a take yours back".
